- Our team will verify the competing retailer is an authorized dealer for that brand and confirm compliance with brand MAP policies

To keep things fair, our Price Match Policy applies under these conditions:
- The price match request must be submitted and approved before you place your order — no exceptions
- The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer for that specific brand (we verify this directly with the manufacturer when needed)
- The competitor's item must be in stock and identical (same brand, model, color, configuration, and accessories)
- Only authorized online retailers qualify — no physical retail stores
- Promotional offers like coupons, rebates, BOGO deals, clearance, closeouts, and holiday promotions are not eligible

Is this actually studio-quality, or is it just a marked-up accessory bundle?
This is a fixed, non-folding frame built on our Eco Studio base, with 6 reformer springs plus 4 tower springs (2 leg, 2 arm) integrated directly in — not a lightweight add-on. Technically it's a half trapeze with Cadillac-style functionality in a more compact form.
Can I set this up myself, or do I need help?
Ships partially assembled with all tools included, at 94"L x 26"W x 80"H (with tower). Given the combined reformer-and-tower footprint, having a second person for setup is recommended.
I'm recovering from an injury — is this safe to use without an instructor?
This model is used in rehab, physio, and clinical settings globally for its vertical resistance options — but get clearance from your doctor or PT before starting, and ideally get guided instruction on the tower-specific exercises first.
I've never done Pilates before — will I actually know how to use it?
The reformer side is beginner-friendly on its own. The tower functionality (push-through bar, roll-down bar, arm/leg springs) has more of a learning curve, so we'd recommend some guided sessions before diving into tower-based exercises solo.
Will this actually fit my body?
Multi-height tower settings and the Eco Studio base accommodate most adult body types. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
What if it arrives damaged or with a part missing?
Report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery before sending anything back. We're an authorized Core Collab dealer, especially important on a custom-color order.
Will this actually hold up, or will it wobble in a year?
10-year frame warranty, with additional coverage on springs and accessories. The non-folding frame is specifically what gives it tighter tracking and no mid-frame flex compared to foldable combo units.
Can I pay this off instead of all at once?
