How Our Price Match Policy Works
If you find a lower price for the same item at another authorized online dealer prior to making your purchase, we'll verify it and discount your order to match.
Important: Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. We are unable to honor price match requests after a purchase has been completed.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a discount under our Price Match Policy, follow these steps before placing your order:
- Email us at support@somaisusa.com prior to making your purchase
- Include the link to the product on our website
- Include the competing product link from an authorized dealer where the lower price is displayed
- Our team will verify the competing retailer is an authorized dealer for that brand and confirm compliance with brand MAP policies
If everything checks out, we'll issue a discount for the price difference and provide a custom checkout link to complete your order at the matched price.
Terms and Conditions
To keep things fair, our Price Match Policy applies under these conditions:
- The price match request must be submitted and approved before you place your order — no exceptions
- The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer for that specific brand (we verify this directly with the manufacturer when needed)
- The competitor's item must be in stock and identical (same brand, model, color, configuration, and accessories)
- Only authorized online retailers qualify — no physical retail stores
- Promotional offers like coupons, rebates, BOGO deals, clearance, closeouts, and holiday promotions are not eligible
- Third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar platforms do not qualify
- Unauthorized dealers, gray market sellers, and MAP-violating retailers do not qualify
- The price match covers item price plus shipping (sales tax is excluded and calculated at checkout based on your shipping address)
- We reserve the right to decline price match requests that violate manufacturer MAP policies

Is this actually studio-quality, or is it just a marked-up home unit?
This is reformer, tower, and Cadillac combined in one solid, non-folding wood frame — full push-through bar, trapeze, and leg/arm springs, not a scaled-down home version. It's a custom order, built and finished in your chosen color.
Can I set this up myself, or do I need help?
Ships 90% pre-assembled — setup takes about 30 minutes with the included tool kit and setup guide. This is our largest-footprint unit, so having a second person around and confirming your room dimensions with us beforehand is strongly recommended.
I'm recovering from an injury — is this safe to use without an instructor?
This is built specifically for clinics and rehab studios — perfect for physiotherapists, chiropractors, and medical movement specialists. Get clearance from your doctor or PT before starting, and ideally get guided instruction on the Cadillac-specific movements first.
I've never done Pilates before — will I actually know how to use it?
This is our most versatile — and most advanced — unit. If you're brand new to Pilates, we'd recommend starting on a standard reformer like the Queen and working up to full Cadillac programming with guided instruction.
Will this actually fit my body?
The full reformer, tower, and Cadillac system accommodates a wide range of body types and fitness levels across its adjustable resistance. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm fit.
What if it arrives damaged or with a part missing?
Report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery before sending anything back. We're an authorized Core Collab dealer, so you're dealing directly with our team on a custom-built machine at this price point.
Will this actually hold up, or will it wobble in a year?
10-year frame warranty, with additional coverage on springs and accessories. The non-folding solid wood frame gives maximum stability for daily, high-volume use across all three functions.
Can I pay this off instead of all at once?
