How to Request a Price Match
To request a discount under our Price Match Policy, follow these steps before placing your order:

- Include the competing product link from an authorized dealer where the lower price is displayed
- Our team will verify the competing retailer is an authorized dealer for that brand and confirm compliance with brand MAP policies
If everything checks out, we'll issue a discount for the price difference and provide a custom checkout link to complete your order at the matched price.
Terms and Conditions
To keep things fair, our Price Match Policy applies under these conditions:
- The price match request must be submitted and approved before you place your order — no exceptions
- The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer for that specific brand (we verify this directly with the manufacturer when needed)
- The competitor's item must be in stock and identical (same brand, model, color, configuration, and accessories)
- Only authorized online retailers qualify — no physical retail stores
- Promotional offers like coupons, rebates, BOGO deals, clearance, closeouts, and holiday promotions are not eligible
- Third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar platforms do not qualify

Queen 2.0 runs a 5-spring precision system, an 8-wheel ABEC 7 carriage, and a refined aluminum frame — the same component tier used in professional studios, not the entry-level parts found in sub-$500 folding reformers.
Can I set this up myself, or do I need help?
Ships from Fort Worth, TX mostly assembled, with tool-free final setup. The shipping crate is heavy, so having a second person around for unboxing is a good idea, especially if you're doing this solo.
I'm recovering from an injury. Is this safe to use without an instructor?
The 5-spring adjustable system supports the kind of controlled, low-load movement used in rehab settings, but get clearance from your doctor or PT before starting and follow their guidance on what's appropriate for your recovery stage.
I've never done Pilates before. Will I actually know how to use it?
The 3-position headrest and adjustable footbar make it easy to find a comfortable starting setup. We'd still recommend a few guided sessions early on, in person or through a reformer-specific app, to build good form before training solo.

10-year frame warranty, 2-year warranty on moving parts. The ABEC 7 bearing carriage is built specifically to prevent the wobble and squeak common in budget reformers after a few months of use.
