FitFormer: No change-of-mind returns. Defective units will be repaired or replaced if reported within 15 business days of delivery. 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship.

The Core Collab: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Return requests are handled case by case — contact us before returning anything. 10-year frame warranty, 2-year warranty on moving parts.
