Price-Match Guarentee

Our Commitment to Competitive Pricing

At Somais USA, we're dedicated to offering the best value on premium Pilates equipment. We work directly with our suppliers and operate under strict Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines, helping maintain a level playing field while ensuring you always get a fair deal.

How Our Price Match Policy Works

If you find a lower price for the same item at another authorized online dealer prior to making your purchase, we'll verify it and discount your order to match.

Important: Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. We are unable to honor price match requests after a purchase has been completed.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a discount under our Price Match Policy, follow these steps before placing your order:

  1. Email us at support@somaisusa.com prior to making your purchase
  2. Include the link to the product on our website
  3. Include the competing product link from an authorized dealer where the lower price is displayed
  4. Our team will verify the competing retailer is an authorized dealer for that brand and confirm compliance with brand MAP policies

If everything checks out, we'll issue a discount for the price difference and provide a custom checkout link to complete your order at the matched price.

Terms and Conditions

To keep things fair, our Price Match Policy applies under these conditions:

  • The price match request must be submitted and approved before you place your order — no exceptions
  • The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer for that specific brand (we verify this directly with the manufacturer when needed)
  • The competitor's item must be in stock and identical (same brand, model, color, configuration, and accessories)
  • Only authorized online retailers qualify — no physical retail stores
  • Promotional offers like coupons, rebates, BOGO deals, clearance, closeouts, and holiday promotions are not eligible
  • Third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar platforms do not qualify
  • Unauthorized dealers, gray market sellers, and MAP-violating retailers do not qualify
  • The price match covers item price plus shipping (sales tax is excluded and calculated at checkout based on your shipping address)
  • We reserve the right to decline price match requests that violate manufacturer MAP policies

Want to Confirm Before Buying?

If you'd like to confirm whether we can match a competitor's price before placing your order, reach out to us first — that's exactly what this policy is designed for. We're available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST and typically respond within one business day.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Everything You Need to Know Before You Buy

  • Cheap reformers use weak springs that don't provide consistent resistance and frames that wobble under load. The FitFormer uses a professional-grade spring resistance system — the same mechanics used in actual Pilates studios — built on a stable, durable frame rated to 250 lbs. It's the difference between a real workout and going through the motions.

  • Yes — this is one of the FitFormer's biggest advantages. It's compatible with all styles of Pilates: classical, contemporary, and everything in between. Use it with your private instructor on Zoom, your favorite studio's on-demand library, YouTube classes, or any app. It works with everyone.

  • The FitFormer is 100" long × 24.4" wide when in use — about 8.5 feet by 2 feet. When folded for storage, the footprint drops to just 13.67 sq ft. Most people use it in a bedroom, living room, or home gym with no issue.

  • Not at all. The spring resistance system is adjustable, so you start at whatever level is right for you and progress at your own pace. Many of our customers bought the FitFormer as their first reformer and learned entirely from streaming classes.

  • The 1-year warranty covers all parts and workmanship defects. If something is wrong with your machine, contact us within 15 business days of delivery and we'll repair or replace the affected components. Reach us at support@somaisusa.com or (307) 448-6940.

  • Yes — 0% financing is available at checkout. A $2,650 reformer becomes very manageable broken into monthly payments. Select your financing option when you check out.

  • The base FitFormer 2.0 Home Edition is the reformer machine only. The Leg Riser Kit is an optional add-on that elevates the machine to a more permanent, studio-like height. We recommend it if you want that true studio feel and plan to use the reformer in a dedicated space.

Great machine for the price!

For the price and ability to fold, this machine is great! I prefer to do lagree style workouts with a mix of traditional Pilates. I gave it a 4 because the carriage came with a rip. I'm not sure on the best way to patch the rip in order to prevent it from getting worse.

Loving having it at home!

I was a member of various Pilates ProWorks studios for years and have probably taken well over a thousand classes over time. I was really excited when they came out with an at home Fitformer as I can't go to the studios now. I've had the machine for over a month now and am loving having it! It is so nice to be able to hop on for a full hour or even just 15 minutes during breaks between work calls. I do miss the shoulder pads which I know were removed to keep the machine smaller and the carriage is somewhat hard so I add a yoga towel when on my back. I actually think the front handles which match the back handles of the in studio machines are an upgrade over the in studio ones though as they allow for so much flexibility in movement and position. I haven't found any moves that you can do on the in studio Fitformer that you can't do on the at home version. Long story short, I am loving having the at home Fitformer and highly recommend it!

Sturdier than other compact models

I considered several different models of at-home reformers and ultimately chose this one because of the second set of handles and the additional platform on the back. It's amazing how many more exercises you can do from the back of the machine. I like an active sweaty style of pilates and this machine does the trick. I would definitely recommend this reformer. It is much sturdier than the other compact models I've seen.

Next best thing to the studio!

Loving my reformer, thank you so much! It's the next best thing to being at the studio. Everything works great and it really suits my needs in a compact machine.

Easy setup with great platforms

Extremely easy set up and love that it has substantial back AND front platforms, unlike a lot of compact machines. The one thing that would make it perfect would be the addition of shoulder pads (the lack of them makes it difficult to stay on the carriage without holding the base if you're doing heavy leg presses on the front bars).
