The Core Collab: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Return requests are handled case by case — contact us before returning anything. 10-year frame warranty, 2-year warranty on moving parts.

The base FitFormer 2.0 Home Edition is the reformer machine only. The Leg Riser Kit is an optional add-on that elevates the machine to a more permanent, studio-like height. We recommend it if you want that true studio feel and plan to use the reformer in a dedicated space.
