The AeroPilates Cadillac is an accessory designed to increase your Pilates potential.* The Cadillac comes with several different outlets for stretching and strengthening the whole body in a fun, gentle and low-impact way.
The Cadillac also includes FREE online access to a workout video featuring trainer Carrie Coleman. Carrie demonstrates the total-body strength-building, fat burning potential on the Cadillac.
The roll down bar, push-through bar and arm and leg springs allow for a nearly endless configuration of exercises. They can be done standing on your Reformer, sitting up or lying down. Alter the angle of your exercise easily and quickly by changing the clip height on both bars and springs. Clips can be found on every bar and spring, so adjusting them is a breeze.
NOTE: The AeroPilates Cadillac is designed to fit the Precision Series Reformer 610 exclusively. (Accessory fits the 55-5610 only)
